Recent upgrades to the Norwood Municipal Well System have changed the area where specific activities can be a drinking water threat. The Trent Assessment Report identifies threats to the quality and quantity of municipal drinking water sources. Amendments to the Trent Assessment Report and the Trent Source Protection Plan have been proposed to reflect these changes.
The public is invited to an Open House, hosted by the Township of Asphodel-Norwood, on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office located at 2357 County Road 45, Norwood.
The following documents, prepared by the Trent Conservation Coalition, are available for viewing until May 3, 2019:
Written comments on the proposed amendments may be submitted on or before May 3, 2019, to email@example.com or to Trent Conservation Coalition, 714 Murray Street, RR#1,
