Watershed Planning and Regulations Policy and Procedures

Plan Review and Regulatory Permitting services are required under the Conservation Authorities Act and the Planning Act. The Watershed Planning & Regulations Policy and Procedures Manual outlines requirements for applications submitted to the Authority for approval by member municipalities, landowners, applicants, and their agents. The document also provides guidance for the process, timelines and advice for our watershed residents when developing around natural hazards. The document was updated to include required changes to provincial regulations and the Conservation Authorities Act.
