A Notice will be issued if:
- No threats are identified that are prohibited or require a risk management plan; or,
- A risk management plan is in effect.
A Notice will not be issued if:
- A Threat is prohibited. In this case, the Risk Management Official will inform the applicant writing. They may also propose changes to the proposal to eliminate the threat so a Notice can be issued.
Once issued, the Notice will be emailed to the Applicant. The Notice must then be submitted to the municipality as part of the proposed development application. The municipality cannot approve the proposed development without it.
